In the second block. I attended the ETFO professional development day. ETFO stands for Elementary Teacher's federation of ontario. This was a really helpful professional development workshop. The ETFO represents teachers, occasional teacher and even designated early childhood educators. I was surprised to know it represents early childhood educators as well and it is good to know that it does. ETFO is also gaining it's reputation internationally for providing professional learning to many teachers. This professional learning development allowed me to understand all the different resources available to me as a teacher. From classroom management strategies to advocating for educational issues.
